During the course each course participant carries the exclusive responsibility for itself as well as for his horse -
the course organization and the course leader cling only in case of resolution or culpable negligence.
Any legal adhesion going beyond it, indifferently from which argument, is excluded.
Minimum age for course participants is 16 years of age -
parents take over responsibility for course participants which are not of full age.

All horses must be a minimum of 24 months old - stallions are permitted only at private lessons.
Riding helmets are insurance-technically prescribed - the renouncement happens on own danger!
With the course registration this information is confirmed.
All payments are non-refundable -
some of these courses are held outdoor -
due to weather conditions visitors are recommended to make sure whether the respective course takes place.

Each course participant explains by his registration that he agrees with the conditions read above
as well as that the bring along horse is liability-insured and free from any diseases!
