During the course each course participant carries the exclusive responsibility for itself as well as for his horse -
the course organization and the course leader cling only in case of resolution or culpable negligence.
Any legal adhesion going beyond it, indifferently from which argument, is excluded.
Minimum age for course participants is 18 years of age -
parents take full responsibility for course participants which are not of full age.
Children under 14 years of age are not permitted to participate these courses.

All horses must be a minimum of 24 months old - stallions are not permitted in the clinics.
Stallions will only be permitted in private lessons.
Riding helmets are insurance-technically prescribed - the renouncement happens on own danger!
With the course registration this information is confirmed.
All payments are non-refundable -
some of these courses are held outdoor -
due to weather conditions visitors are recommended to make sure whether the respective course takes place.

Each course participant acknowledges by his registration that he agrees to the above guidelines
as well as that the participating horse is liability-insured and free from infectious diseases!
